Located at the northern end of Palolem Beach on the riverside, OrdoSounsar can easily be accessed from the shoreline by its own bamboo bridge. It is 10 minutes stroll from the main shopping area of Palolem, where internet cafes, travel agents, restaurants and money exchanges can be found.
In the very peaceful, spacious and natural surroundings, there are three types of accommodation:
*Standard huts with shared facilities (two western style toilets and two separate overhead showers)
*En-suite huts
*En-suite family huts (with 2 double beds)
All rooms have queen-sized beds, with a firm hotel mattress, pure cotton sheets, soft pillows, blanket, mosquito net, ceiling fan, and an electric socket. Hot water is supplied at night.Secure lockers are available for valuables.
OrdoSounsar has its own traditional Goan restaurant, serving food all day to both resident and non-residents.
Run by friendly local Goans, OrdoSounsar is open from November to April each year.
